Does this price include the visa and insurance, or do I have to pay extra for that?
Transparency is our policy. Our All-Inclusive Packages cover the Umrah Visa processing and the mandatory COVID/Medical Insurance required by Saudi authorities. The price you see on your final invoice is the price you pay—no surprises.
If I book for my whole family (2 adults, 3 kids), can you give me a discount?
Absolutely! We specialize in family bookings. For children under 12 who share a bed with parents, we offer a significantly reduced rate. We can also book you into a Family Suite or Quad Room, which brings the cost per person down compared to booking two separate double rooms.
Are there any hidden taxes or fees I should know about before I transfer the deposit?
None at all. All Saudi municipality fees, VAT (15%), and hotel taxes are already included in your quote. The only extra money you will need is for your personal food and shopping.
Is this price for a private room, or will I be sharing with strangers?
This depends on the package you choose. If you select a ‘Private Package’, the room is exclusively for your family. If you choose a ‘Group Saver’ package, you may be sharing with other pilgrims of the same gender (Quad or Triple share) to keep costs low. We will always confirm this with you before booking.
Can we stay 5 days in Madinah and only 5 in Makkah? I want to spend more time in Madinah.
Of course! Our packages are 100% customizable. Many of our clients prefer a longer stay in the peaceful environment of Madinah. We can adjust your hotel bookings and transport to fit a 5-night Makkah / 5-night Madinah split perfectly.
For the transport between Jeddah and Makkah, is it a private car for my family or a big bus?
For our Family and Private Packages, we provide a Private GMC or Sedan exclusively for you—no waiting for others. If you are joining our Group Package, it will be a luxury air-conditioned bus with other pilgrims.
My wife is a convert and doesn't have a Muslim name on her passport yet. Will that be an issue for the visa?
This is a common question. It is generally not an issue for the visa itself. However, to ensure smooth entry into Makkah (which is for Muslims only), we recommend she carries a certificate of Shahada from your local mosque, just in case authorities ask for verification. We can help guide you on this.
Be honest with me—how far is the walk to the Haram? Is it flat, or is there a big hill?
We appreciate your need for honesty. The hotel you are looking at is about 800m away. To be completely transparent, there is a slight incline (hill) on the way back to the hotel. If walking uphill is difficult for you, we recommend upgrading to a hotel on Ibrahim Al Khalil Street, which is completely flat.
You mentioned a shuttle bus—does it run 24/7, or will I have to wait long after Isha prayer?
The shuttle runs 24/7. However, please note that during the 20 minutes immediately after prayer times, the buses cannot reach the hotel entrance due to crowd control by police. You may have to wait about 15-20 minutes after Isha for the crowds to clear, or walk a short distance to the pickup point.
My mother uses a wheelchair. Is the hotel bathroom accessible, and can she get to the Haram easily?
For wheelchair users, we strictly recommend hotels with level access. We can book you a ‘Accessible Room’ with wider doors and grab rails (subject to availability). We will also arrange a hotel on the Jabal Omar side, where the path to the Haram is paved and flat, ensuring a smooth ride for your mother.
Can I fly from Chicago instead of New York? Does that change the price?
Yes, we offer departures from all major US hubs, including Chicago (ORD). Flight prices do vary slightly by city. We will check the rates from Chicago specifically for your dates and find you the best connection, likely via Turkish Airlines or Qatar Airways.
Does the package include Ziyarah tours, or do we have to arrange that ourselves when we get there?
We include a Guided Ziyarah Tour in both Makkah and Madinah as part of your package. You won’t have to haggle with taxi drivers. Our driver will pick you up from the hotel, take you to all the holy sites (Quba, Uhud, Cave Hira, etc.), and bring you back.
I have a US Green Card but a Pakistani passport. Can you still handle my visa?
Yes, absolutely. As a US Green Card holder, you are eligible for the Tourist Visa on Arrival or the e-Visa, which allows you to perform Umrah. We will process this e-Visa for you beforehand so you can breeze through immigration.
Do you provide meals? We prefer Desi food—can you arrange breakfast and dinner?
Most hotels include a buffet breakfast. For dinner, we can add a Half-Board option to your package. Alternatively, we can recommend hotels located near Desi/Asian restaurants so you have easy access to the food you love without being tied to the hotel buffet every night.
I want to do a stopover in Dubai or Turkey for a few days on the way back. Can you arrange that?
That’s a great idea! Since we often use Emirates or Turkish Airlines, a stopover is easy to arrange. We can book your Dubai or Istanbul hotel and airport transfers as part of a complete ‘Umrah + Holiday’ package. Just let us know how many days you want to spend there.
